It pushes me to keep learning and exploring, whether it’s through traveling, trying new foods, or learning a new skill. It’s also what helps me stay open-minded. I’ve found that when you’re curious, you’re more willing to listen and understand different perspectives. It’s a never-ending cycle that constantly enriches my life.’
Finally, we asked Erick how being open-minded and curious has impacted his marriage. His face grew serious as he replied, ‘My wife and I have been together for 10 years, and I can confidently say that our marriage wouldn’t have lasted this long if it weren’t for our open-mindedness and curiosity. It allows us to grow together, try new things, and continuously learn from each other. We’ve traveled to new countries, tried new hobbies, and even explored different forms of intimacy. It’s brought us closer and made our love stronger.’
